we only have 4 short days before this little boy makes his arrival.
the most common question asked is "what is the name?"
honestly, we don't know.
finley ~ fin?
Remington ~ Remi?
some name we've never thought, maybe.
I'm hoping with some divine intervention the name will make its self clear when we meet him
until then Joe refuses to believe that I just won't name my child "Danger" (uck)!
Besides feeling incredibly uncomfortable and really ready to pop
I'm beginning to feel the reality of bringing home a second child.
Really, that is just too much and surreal to even think of.
The difference between the first and second child is
with the first child you have no idea and can't even begin to fathom the change that is about to occur
with the second child you are fully aware of all the hardships that come with a baby.
I am finding myself scared of the birth, the epidural, the recovery and everything in between.
Something that I was never ever afraid of with Genevieve.
I am also seriously doubting my ability to parent two children.
I really am wondering how I even parent one.
I am not so good with change
and boy is life going to change.
I feel like I just got the hang of being Genevieve's mom.
I understand her quirks and her language
it just got easy (if thats what you can call it)
and now we are throwing another one into the mix.
Although I am full of fears...
I know this is the way it should be.
and with each kick I am assured that the timing is right
and we are missing a member of our family.
It almost doesn't seem right that he isn't here.
4 days...
4 very short days and 4 incredibly uncomfortable nights
and I will be holding the newest member of our family.
can you believe it?

4 days!! You can do absolutely ANYTHING for 4 days! You'll be great. Don't think about everything you have to do for the next long while, just take it one little moment at a time and you'll be just fine. Can't wait to meet the little squirt. And thank you for saying NO to Danger!
Finien Danger Graham! or Finley Danger Graham! You know you love that name!
