The Sprint

Where: Bountiful Rec Center
When: June 26, 2010
Distance: Swim 400 meters
Bike: 13 miles
Run: 3 1/2 miles

Joe and my dad embarked on their first triathlon early Saturday morning on June 26.
They were nervous and their cheer group (my mom, genevieve and me) were
in a nail biting frenzy.  The boys had only trained for 5 weeks.
Were they ready?

Congrats to Joe! Kenz your a trooper waiting for him to finish the race. I didn't go to David's half marathon until the very end to watch him cross. How long did it take Joe?

Yeah but the olympic one I waited from 5-12 out in the dirt for my hubby. Then through 2 hours of traffic trying to get out of the canyon. it was a bit miserable.
