last night daddy put you to bed.
I heard the two of you chatting away in your room but I didn't think anything of it.
As the mobile turned on, the lights turned off and daddy came down the stairs he had a huge smile on his face. He hugged me and said that you had promised to always be my best friend and his little girl...
no matter what.
How he got that from dadadada and rasberries I will never know but as I looked into his eyes I couldn't help but believe him. That night you promised to always be my best friend and daddy's little girl.
I would like to believe that will always be true.
